Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. How depends on who you are.

If you messaged a business that uses laykiry

(for example through its Facebook Page or Telegram bot)

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the name of the business you messaged, the channel (Messenger or Telegram), and the name shown on your account there, so we can find your conversations. Never send us your password.
3. We confirm within 7 days and delete your messages, profile name and identifiers from that business's laykiry account within 30 days, then email you a confirmation code.

You can also ask the business directly; it can delete your conversation in laykiry.

If you use laykiry for your business

1. The account Owner emails [email protected] from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my business account".
2. We confirm the request, give you a final export of your data if you want one, and delete the account and its data within 30 days.

If you connected a Facebook Page

In laykiry, open Settings → Channels and disconnect the Page; we stop receiving new data immediately. You can also remove laykiry in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove laykiry. To delete data we already received, follow the steps above.

What we keep

Where the law or security requires it, we keep: invoices and payment records, the security audit log (which records actions, not message content), and the public registry entry of a retired AI staff ID (so an old ID card can never be reused). These are kept only as long as necessary.
