Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between laykiry ("we") and the business that creates a laykiry account ("you"). By creating an account or using laykiry you accept them.

1. The service

laykiry provides AI staff: assistants that answer your customers on channels you connect, take orders, and draft replies. By default every AI reply waits for a person in your business to approve it. You can stop all AI actions at any time with the Kill Switch.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and devices secure. Turn on two-factor authentication for Owner, Admin and Finance users.
• You are responsible for everyone you invite to your account and for what they do.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your AI staff's replies that you approve or allow, and for your products, prices, promotions and orders.
• Your AI staff will tell customers they are AI assistants when asked; you must not remove or hide that disclosure, or present AI staff as human.
• You must have the right to the content you upload and to message the customers you contact, and follow the rules of each connected platform (including Meta's, Telegram's and TikTok's terms).
• When you post to TikTok through laykiry, you choose the account, privacy level and interaction settings for each post, you are responsible for the video and caption, and you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for paid partnerships, Branded Content Policy.
• You must not use laykiry for spam, fraud, illegal goods or services, harassment, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect.

4. Prices and billing

• Each AI staff member is a monthly subscription at the price shown when you hire. Hiring during a billing period is charged only for the remaining days; dismissing a staff member credits the unused days to your next invoice.
• Each AI staff member includes a monthly number of AI usage credits. When they are used up, replies continue from your catalog and knowledge base without AI until the next month.
• Invoices are due at the start of each period. If an invoice stays unpaid: your AI staff keep working for 7 days; from day 7 they only send a short "a person will reply" message and pass conversations to your team; from day 30 they are paused. Paying the invoice restores them. Your data is kept and stays exportable.
• Usage credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable to cash except where the law requires.

5. AI-IDs

Each AI staff member may receive a lifetime AI-ID and a verifiable ID card. An AI-ID is never reissued to anyone else; when a staff member is dismissed, its ID is retired permanently and shows as retired on the public verification page.

6. Your data

You own your business data. We use it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy or deletion at any time (Data deletion).

7. AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. laykiry uses your catalog for prices and asks for approval by default, but you should review replies before approving them. We do not guarantee that AI output is complete or correct.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep laykiry available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Connected platforms may change or limit their services. We may update these terms; we will show important changes in the app before they take effect.

9. Suspension and ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, or put others at risk.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ គឺជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាង laykiry («យើង») និងអាជីវកម្មដែលបង្កើតគណនី laykiry («អ្នក»)។ ការបង្កើតគណនី ឬការប្រើ laykiry មានន័យថាអ្នកយល់ព្រម។

១. សេវាកម្ម

laykiry ផ្តល់បុគ្គលិក AI ដែលឆ្លើយតបអតិថិជនរបស់អ្នកតាមបណ្តាញដែលអ្នកភ្ជាប់ ទទួលការបញ្ជាទិញ និងព្រាងចម្លើយ។ តាមលំនាំដើម ចម្លើយ AI នីមួយៗរង់ចាំការអនុម័តពីមនុស្សក្នុងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អ្នក។ អ្នកអាចបញ្ឈប់សកម្មភាព AI ទាំងអស់ពេលណាក៏បានដោយ Kill Switch។

២. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អ្នក

• អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវលើចម្លើយដែលអ្នកអនុម័ត ឬអនុញ្ញាត និងលើទំនិញ តម្លៃ និងការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នក។
• បុគ្គលិក AI ប្រាប់អតិថិជនថាខ្លួនជា AI នៅពេលត្រូវបានសួរ។ អ្នកមិនត្រូវលាក់ការបង្ហាញនេះ ឬបង្ហាញបុគ្គលិក AI ថាជាមនុស្សទេ។
• អ្នកត្រូវគោរពច្បាប់ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់វេទិកាដែលបានភ្ជាប់ (Meta, Telegram, TikTok) ហើយមិនប្រើ laykiry សម្រាប់សារឥតបានការ ការបោកប្រាស់ ឬទំនិញខុសច្បាប់ឡើយ។
• ពេលបង្ហោះទៅ TikTok តាម laykiry អ្នកជ្រើសគណនី កម្រិតឯកជនភាព និងការកំណត់អន្តរកម្មសម្រាប់ការបង្ហោះនីមួយៗ អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវលើវីដេអូ និងចំណងជើង ហើយត្រូវគោរពលក្ខខណ្ឌ គោលការណ៍សហគមន៍ Music Usage Confirmation និង Branded Content Policy របស់ TikTok។

៣. តម្លៃ និងការទូទាត់

• បុគ្គលិក AI ម្នាក់ៗជាការជាវប្រចាំខែ តាមតម្លៃដែលបង្ហាញពេលជួល។ ការជួលកណ្តាលវគ្គ គិតតែថ្ងៃដែលនៅសល់ ហើយការបញ្ឈប់បុគ្គលិក ផ្តល់ក្រេឌីតសម្រាប់ថ្ងៃដែលមិនបានប្រើ ទៅវិក្កយបត្របន្ទាប់។
• បើវិក្កយបត្រមិនទាន់បង់៖ បុគ្គលិក AI នៅធ្វើការ ៧ ថ្ងៃ។ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ពួកគេផ្ញើតែសារខ្លី «មនុស្សនឹងឆ្លើយតប» ហើយបញ្ជូនការសន្ទនាទៅក្រុមរបស់អ្នក។ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ពួកគេត្រូវបានផ្អាក។ ការបង់វិក្កយបត្រ ធ្វើឱ្យពួកគេដំណើរការវិញ។ ទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកនៅតែរក្សាទុក។
• ក្រេឌីតប្រើប្រាស់មិនមែនជាប្រាក់ទេ មិនអាចផ្ទេរ ហើយមិនអាចប្តូរជាសាច់ប្រាក់វិញ លើកលែងតែច្បាប់តម្រូវ។

៤. AI-ID

AI-ID មិនដែលត្រូវបានចេញឱ្យអ្នកផ្សេងម្តងទៀតទេ។ ពេលបុគ្គលិកត្រូវបានបញ្ឈប់ ID របស់វាចូលនិវត្តន៍ជារៀងរហូត។

៥. ទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នក

អ្នកជាម្ចាស់ទិន្នន័យអាជីវកម្មរបស់អ្នក។ សូមមើល គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាព និង ការលុបទិន្នន័យ។

៦. ដែនកំណត់របស់ AI

AI អាចមានកំហុស។ សូមពិនិត្យចម្លើយមុនអនុម័ត។

៧. ច្បាប់

លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះស្ថិតក្រោមច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងករណីមានភាពខុសគ្នា កំណែភាសាអង់គ្លេសខាងលើមានឥទ្ធិពល។
